я чет слаб в английском -- мне кажется что ешо там рейтинг какой то?

Rating of cottage is an amount of stoppings on the map of project from Your site for the last a 2 calendar month and current month.
Mathematically a rating formula looks so:

rate = Clicks + Bonus

A site can get the good rating of cottage the followings methods:
To place the button on prominent position and accumulate clicks

To purchase Bonus

Rate-bonus 500 points for $15

Bonus-points are similarly charged extra at a purchase or setting of individual cottage. It 2000 fire resistance points.

At the purchase of commercial cottages or designer commercial cottages bonus-points s are similarly charged extra.

Time of action of Bonus for an individual cottage - unlimited. Time of action of all other Bonus is limited (2 year)

A red square on General Map Country or World is shown by the current position user (or cottage) on a map

А чего дом в Америке? О_о
Но в Америке, конечно место у нас зачетное, у речечки такой уголок укромный.
Чтоб апгрейдить, надо еще кликов набирать.
А когда будет 5000, то сможем любую картинку поставить Сами нарисуем
